Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

i was robbed at my place of employment at gun point.i did every thing to comply with the rober.but now i am being accused of being in on the robbery.what am i suppose to do.i'm still dealing the ordeal now i have a worry that my employer believes i was involved.
