Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

salary workers

My husband work for an apliance store and gets paid salary, pretty much work about 50 hours a week and does not get paid overtime, and his boss told him he does not have to take lunch. i need to help on finding out if that's true and is there a websited i can go to, to find out the laws on salary workers?

It appears your husband may be entitled to overtime pay. Whether he is paid a salary or not is not the issue. If his duties support overtime pay, and depending on some other issues, he should be paid time and a half for every hour he works over 40 each week.
