I am female and after seven years of service and with a clean file was discharged for not wearing my seatbelt. and I had no prior incidents or write ups having to do with this before. about two weeks before two guys not only left a truck unattended but locked the keys in the truck then tried to hide it by having the truck towed in which is a big no no in the armored truck business and they only got one day suspension and still work at that company. not only that I had recently applied for an operations managment position prior to my discharge and kept getting put off for an interview, and I was well qualified for that position is there something odd about this or do I have a case.

Report it to the EqualOpportunity office..NOW and if they can't resolve, call us or an attorney who handles discrimination cases
