Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
sexual harassment
i was intoxicated to my boss' knowldge. He came over and had sex with me and then expected to carry on a relationhsip. I was horrified. When I told him I was uncomfotable with that he bgan to treat me as an incompetent embecile at work. I think he is trying to force me out. What are my options? Should I ask for a severance pay and quit?

If it is a large company, report it to EEOC..as to quitting/etc..those are not legal questions..but if you quit you have no right to severance nor unemployment benefits...and if the facts support it you may have sexual harassment case
