Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Just started a new job and work last shift. Money was missing from drawer and supervisor wrote up all employees including me and is threatening to garnish from each employee to make up for the loss. Is this legal?

no..if it happens report to Tex workforce commission for quick resolution and employer normally pays..
