Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Can I sue Brinks Inc.

On 28 Mar 2006, I and a co-worker were placed on Indefinite Suspension, pending further investigation for failure to follow procedures and accused of stealing $20k. The detective investigating the case, closed the case on 24 Apr 2006 after my employer declined to co-operate any further. My employer never contacted me regarding the investiagtion being closed. I found out when I talked to the detective 2 weeks later. As of 15 May 2006, I still have not been contacted and need legal advice on what actions can I take. My family and my co-workers family have suffered emotionally and physically.

If you were cleared of the theft by the investigators and some of your colleagues heard about it, you could sue your employer for defamation. We handle cases like that all the time. Call us if you want7137714775
