Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I have a right to sue letter from my employer for sexual harassment from my female supervisor. However my time frame ends on December 20 and I have not been able to find an attorney to represent me. Can I file this with the courts myself while I contine to look for an attorney to freeze the right to sue period? If so, how do I go about filing? Is there a cost, if so how much?

You may want to see if you can hire a lawyer just to help you draft the complaint, so you can preserve your statute of limitations. Also, you can check with your local bar association for an employment attorney referral.
