Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
My supervised would send me and other employees to sell scrap metal for him at a local scrap yard. We would return with money and recite and hand it over to him. He has been fired for this practice and so have I and the other employee. Can we be fired for following our supervisors instructions?

yes...one can never obey orders which violate the law..what would u do if you had a worker who took ur property and sold it??probably call the police, right? Sad but ur remedy was to report him, not obey him..Hopefully it does not remain on ur record..good luck
