suspension

My Husband ,

A Cement truck driver , had a very

minor accident. The company has

placed him on an indefinite

suspension.

How long can they withold his

salary without futher action.

he should apply for unemployment compensation...as they can keep him off work as long as they want..so start looking for new job..but anytime one's hours or time is reduced one may be entitled to unemployment pay
