Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I was terminated for cheating on an expense report (which wasn't true) but fired 7 days prior to qualifing for early retirement. Can I be fired that close to my early retirement?

you probably have a lawsuit for wrongful termination..ie pretext to avoid retirement..BUT yes you can be fired anytime..
