Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

i got terminated for not complying with my duties after i signed that paper they said i had taken money. then they said that inorder for me to get my check i have to sign another paper saying that i took the money and they can deduct it from my check. i difnt take the money tho.

sad case..but it makes it almost impossible to claim you did not take the money...and of course an employer teminates one who takes money wrongfully
