Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
i was terminated for falsifying a company document. i did not submit the document another employee took the document from my desk amd gave it to my supervisor. i was asked to write a statement. a week passed and i was terminated. is this a case to sue the company.

Don't sue the company. It isn't worth it.
Lawsuits against former employers are ALWAYS contested, and take years and years.
If you don't believe me: Take your case to a lawyer and ask if he'll represent you on a contingent fee basis.
Use your energy to find another job.
