Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was terminated from my job on monday and i was supposed to recieve my paycheck on wednesday. My employer still does not have my last paycheck. what can i do?

You cannot go to TWC and file suit. You must elect a remedy. With such a small claim most people use the TWC option. If you sue you probably can recover attorney's fees you have spent. If an attorney takes this size case on a contingency fee basis, one might question the attorney's sanity.
