Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I have been terminated without a proper notice written or verbal. because I complained to HR about my boss harassing and retaliating me, and because I was emotionally distressed, drained because of him, my Dr gave me a disability certificate for 6 days, after that he told me " this is it, we're done" I haven't heard from HR or him even though i made numerous calls to find out if I was fired or not. I called my work and a co-worker told me I was not longer in the schedule. Do I have any kind of case?

possibly...who were u working for? what were ur duties...but bossess are not required to be kind/patient....only get the job done. if u feel it was for sex/age/etc...call EEOC..but most lawyers would only take such a case with large retainer
