Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was just terminated from my outside sales position. I can document an increase in sales since I started. I became concerned about my compensation and arranged a meeting with the VP last week to discuss this and the overall structure of the office. I had documented my lack of training and my sales results despite this. I had also documented two conferences which he had scheduled and failed to show up for. They have since re-vised sales numbers that are more in line with my totals but there are still discrepancies. I am very close to earning a $3000.00 bonus with a time line of six months. At this point, I have been employed for just over four months. They have no documentation nor has there been any warning of less than satisfactory performance. Do I have a case for retaliation?

Probably not but you should have a contract claim for the bonus, if they are denying the bonus. What written proof do you have, if any? what was the original employment agreement, if any?Why do you thinkyou are entitled to a bonus? were you paid weekly...and so forth..give me more facts and I could advise you..also, name of company, location etc...
