Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Texas laws concerning employment
In the State of Texas, do your former employers have to tell your prospective employers that you worked there, what your title was, and your length of employment? Is it against the law if they don't? Where can I find this law? Commerce code? Penal code?

No law..it depends on what people want to do...thank God..and as a lawyer we experience too many laws..for such things..
