Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Even though Texas is a right to work state, can a company have salaried employees work well over 40 hours a week and still only pay them for 40 hours?

generally no...as Family General/Dollar General/Lowes have learned..but you need a good lawyer and would lose your job
