unjustified job termination
well i just wanted to ask if i have a case in order to demand the restaurant where a i just to work as a cook, they had too many anomalies but they are paying in cash and taking out taxes even when you get paid in cash, plus last week i work 47 hrs and they pay me 40 hrs only and told me that the rest 7 hrs it will be paid for this day pay, plus nobody has the tabc certification some of the waiters are serving alcohool without having it and many licors bottles doesnt have the tabc number resgistration, and they didnt pass the healt department food test, and also they are not paying not even the minimun salary per hr.
and i got terminater friday without knowrest i went to work today and they just told me that.
what can i do ? please help me

It is not legal for an employer not to pay employees for hours that they did not work. It is also generally not legal for employers not to pay their employees minimum wage, but I cannot tell from your posting whether this occurred.
