I was unjustly fired from work on 12/07 and I would like to know if I can sue the company

Probably not, and certainly not on basis it was "unjust" or "unfair." You would have to show it was BECAUSE of your membership in a protected class, race, age, gender, etc. and NOT just that it was "unjust."

You would have to show it was BECAUSE of your membership in a protected class, race, age, gender, etc. and NOT just that it was "unjust." In addition, if it was because of discrimination, your time to file charges with the EEOC is over or close to being over, and you need to do so if you want to file on that basis. There are some other exceptions to an employer's absolute right to fire you, but they are very limited. Talk to a lawyer immediately to find out your options if you think you have any.
