Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

hello, i wanted to ask what i should do regarding a incident. I was working for allied waste as a trash truck driver, my truck was handling very bad so i pulled over and called our mechanic and when he got there he barely even looked at the truck, and then told me nothings wrong and to keep driving it. bout two hours go by and the trucks starts making a loud noise and i pulled over took pictures of the underside of truck and sent to supervisor so a mechanic can let us know something. my supervisor got the picks and said she would let us know.4 hours go by and they dont call txt nothing so i finished my route and on my way home, my entire driverside tire came off and went rolling past my truck. me and the helper riding with me held on for dear life, praying that we didnt flip. we was completely loaded which is usually between 6 ton to 9 ton. i somehow managed to keep us from flipping and i even got us almost off the road. they didnt even send anyone to pick us up we road back with the tow truck driver. they didnt take pictures or fire the mechanic or anything. and i just found out that this truck has thrown tires off before and no one told me. and the rear end is going out and i told the mechanic and supervisor and they looked at me as if i was stupid. the guy that was with me quit cause they told us we have to take the truck again after wheel was fixed and they know the rear ends going out.i refused to take it and i wouldnt come in and drive till they gave me a different truck. so they fired me so was i in the wrong , i just didnt want to get killed and we was lucky the first time. james martin kilgore texas the companys name is republic or allied waste

workers such as you have no rights in Texas against an employer..consider who you vote for if

you agree such egregious behavior as to the safety of workers should be protected...but u

may have OSHA take action against the employer..which will not help you but may protect others
