Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Last week I got hired with a new company. However today while I at work my former employer walked in because she is a patient of my current employer. Upon her seeing me she requested to see speak with my manager. She informed my current manager that I was her former employee and that I was terminated and that I was not eligible for re-hire. Which resulted in my termination at the end of the day. Is this legal?

Yes, your employer can get away with what he did. Texas is an "employment at will" state, and as long as they don't discriminate based on sex, religion, national origin, race, etc., they can be as unfair as they want to be.
