Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
My wife's immediate Supervisor is verbally abusive routinely. The company owners like my wifes performance and has a drawer full of testimonials, double sales records etc.. but the owners often ignore what the Supervisor does or the Supervisor does these things while the owners are not available. My wife just had a heartattack while at lunch (off site) she recently returned to work and we're expecting the Supervisor to go on another verbal abusive tyrade. This is contributing to my wifes stress level, blood pressure and overall health. The owners and Supervisor know she had a heartattack. Is there anyting I can do to protect my wife from this verbal assault ?

She needs to tell the owners about the abusive supervisor, preferably in a letter (keep a copy). If nothing is done, she should quit. A job isn't worth dying for.
