Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I work for a company on a forty hour week salary. I work many more than the forty hours almost every week and have for years. Should I be compensated for these extra hours of work or is this just time I lose as I am on a salary pay situation?

you should be paid overtime..but failure to claim within two years, it is lost..and if you are a manageer with duty to hire and fire..you may not be entitled to OT
