Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I work for a large company as an outside sales rep. Recently we were asked to set up a home office and given $500 to make sure we have internet access and a printer. The management team has now annouced that they will ride with each rep in our office for a field day. This is not unusual; however, they stated each rep will bring their manager to his/her house to inspect our "home office." Do they have the right to do this?
