Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I work at an oil change station as a state vehicle inspector, and my manager has been pinching the back of my leg and asking me to "help" him in the restroom.
since I have rejected his homosexual advances he has made working there unbearable.
in between oil changes/inspections, the other employees run to the office to watch tv or sleep, I remain in the shop and clean up messes, pick up tools, empty trash etc.
when done I step out and have a smoke, he comes out and tells me to get off my lazy a@# and earn my paycheck.
recently the inspection machine crashed and failed to reboot, he accused me of breaking it, yet when the tech came out he verified that the machine just crashed and damaged some files, and I never got any kind of apology.
he is always on my case and treating me like I shouldn't be there, he even refused to order me uniforms.
I can't go to the owner because they are super buddies and the owner treats kind in a disrespectful manner as well.
is there anything I can do?
