Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I work for a small business and the employer has terminated or run off all of the other office personnel (6 employees). They refuse to replace these employees and I am now the only office employee. They are continually adding all the job duties from the other 6 positions to me, yet I am receiving no raise in pay and cannot complete these duties. I have been written up or verbally reprimanded for tardies and not doing my work properly. What are my rights?

Quit? Under federal and Texas law, you are not entitled to greater compensation for greater job requirements.
