Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I work through a staffing agency and my contract says" Any and all subsequent years at the school district may be through the staffing agency only." My placement is only for 23 weeks plus the summer session. I don't plan on resigning with them for next year. I want to work for this school district for the next school year. I don't understand how those terms can apply if I don't resign with staffing agency for the next school year?

It probably is enforceable as are all contracts..BUT visit the agency, visit the school and there may be a way to avoid....but without research, most lawyers can't give an off the cuff response.
