Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I worked for a company and I did everything i was supposed to and right, and now five weeks later he hasn't paid me , so i made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and he was contacted by them and now hes saying he is not going to pay me without a court order to do so.
