Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I have worked for my company for almost 2 years. I run their office for them because they live in Canada. They have just replaced me and are forcing me to do outside sales which I have no experience at. They will give me my salary for only 2 months and then I have to go total commission. Is this legal in Texas.

They can fire you for no reason except illegal discrimination at which time you could file for unemployment so yes. You do not have to accept the change.
