Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Why can't US workers sue the local, state, and federal governments for damages to their income which have occurred because immigration laws have not been enforced.

Are you talking about some sort of class action suit?

I think it could be done.

You'll need to find the right lawyer, though.
