wrongful termination?
I was injured while working for the state of Texas on 9-7-07. The doctors say I need neck surgery but workers comp has not okayed it. I was terminated on 11-26-08. I have been unable to return to work and am wondering if it is legal to terminate me. I never had any write ups, warnings or any problems

call if you could give us more facts. You can be terminated for many reasons. Were you ever off work because of your work injury??
