Wrongful Termination/Application Title 2 USC Sec 1317

Urgent!

Right to sue in federal court ends 05/08/06.

I was intimidated and threatened during an office meeting and when I reported it to the company the office manager discharged me the same day.

Does Title 2 USC Sec 1317 apply if so how and can the new EEOC harassment guidelines help?
