Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
yearly pay increase
Is there a law that an employer has to give a yearly pay increase? If so does it have to go into effect on the anniv date of hire? My review is 6 weeks overdue, if there is an increase do they, by law, have to make it retro-active?
