Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I am 44. I have contracted very bad pneumonia and as a result went into septic shock. Came within a couple hours of death. Still in hospital. Husband found mold all inside the walls of our rented home. Is there any case for this after we had repeatedly told landlord of buckling walls. And he did nothing.
