my ac

i''v lived in my apartment for one month.every since i''v been here i''v had nothing but problems with my ac.for the first fifteen days the unit was not working properly. told the manager she said it will be fixed right away.then my thermostat stop working.it took four day for that to get fixed.in the meantime the air still wont shut off.told the manager she said to keep my unit on 78 or 80 and get some fans to keep us kool.my bill was $332.00 told the manager she said there is nothing she could do.please help..
