Apartment Deposit Refunds
I was supposed to move into some apartments on the first of September but I did not move in. I paid $199 for a total move in special but I have not signed anything yet. Do they have to give me some or all of my money back since they have been holding the apartment?

What was the $199 for?
What did they represent to you?
Has the property been rented?
Ask for the money back, by CMRRR mail, and see what response you get.
