apartment matienence
We've notified our apartments for a week now about our hot water not working. It's still not on. A technician said it would be fixed by monday, and still no notice of anything being fixed. what do we do to get then working on it?

Make your request in writing. Seven days is considered a reasonable time for repairs to be made. If its not made in 7 days from written request, you have remedies under the property code. Plus, you get taken more seriously if you put your request in writing & keep a copy of your letter.
