Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
My apt. was broken into by way of a courtyard window (the ONLY window!) and I learned security rarely tours this back area of the property. The owners NEVER repaired my window and the thieves returned to take ALL the remaining things I owned! Do I have a case - breech of contract or even endangering my life??

No.
You might want to read your lease - it probably has a clause stating that the landlord isn't responsible for burglaries.
What do you mean that "the owners NEVER repaired my window"? How long did it stay broken?
