Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
apt rental agreement
If the rental agreement contract expired and a new agreement was offered but not accepted by renter. Does the renter follow the old agreement and can give notice of move out in 30days as per orginal agreement. Is there any recourse for the renter to be released from contract with out trouble?

The tenant becomes a month-month renter, and can give a 30 day move-out notice.
