Asked to leave the house
I seen on tv that a man tried to get someone out of his house that had been living there for over a year, but when he called the cops the cops told the man that he had to give him 30 days to leave. Is that true even if the person did not pay rent?

If a person lives with permission in a residence, then the legal method of removing him is the eviction process.
