Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

My boyfriend's ex girlfriend refuses to move out of his apartment. He says he thinks he just listed her as an occupant but she did sign the lease. Is their a way to make her leave?

She will have to be evicted, and can be evicted by the landlord if she has violated the lease. If she has not, and she refuses to leave, your boyfriend will need to negotiate a buyout of the lease from the apartment (in writing) and move.
