Breaking a lease
Boyfriend and I are on a lease. He is primary and I am secondary...private home....18months remain. Can I leave with notice to landlord and advise them that he will fulfill the remainder of the lease?

Yes, you can, however, if he breaches the lease, the landlord can still come after you for the damages, unless the landlord is willing to give you an enforceable release.
