Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Breaking the lease
We just renewed a 6-month lease to our apartment which we have been living in for 5 years. The current term of lease will exprire 5/31/2008. We are looking into purchasing a house and we are wondering what we are going to do if we find a house prior to the expiration of the lease. What can we in case we have to break our lease?

Re: Breaking the lease
You will need to review the specific terms of your current lease under the early termination paragraph. The termination section will detail any additional fees or costs associated with an early termination. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
