breaking lease,job transfer
i recently got a new job out of town and i need to break my apartment lease in town. what can i do?

You are going to have try to negotiate with your landlord. Read your lease, and find out the minimum period of notice -- probably 30-60 days. You will need to be cooperative as to re-rental of the property, and hope that it rents very soon.
