breaking a rental lease
I'm a single parent, my ex-husband is taking me back to court to have his child support reduced, it will be reduced by $350-400. Can I break my lease due the circumstances of no longer able to afford the rent?

You can read your lease again, but I have never heard of this being included as a valid termination clause.
