Broken Lease Agreement

me and my ex signed a 1 year lease agreement and she moved out 4 weeks into our lease.I stayed for the entire lease and struggled in doing so.I filed a petition to take her to court,and we will be going in 1 week. She has made no attempt at any point to try and resolve this matter,and she never contacted myself,or our landlord about her intentions.

this is a small claims matter,and we will be going to jp court.what do you think ? I feel that there is no way i can loose this case.i have copies of our lease,copies of rent checks paid by me,and my land lord is willing to appear in court with me to testify that she hasnt spoke with him outside of the day we signed our lease.It seems simple to me but i just want to be sure.

It will be interesting to see how the JP rules. Don't forget, your claim must be for $5,000 or less. If it is over that amount the JP court will not have jurisdiction.
