Buying a home
IN May 2006 we assumed payments on a home , gave a 3000.00 down payment, and now we are being asked to move out , what rights do we have? We have been given 3 days to move. Our payments are current.

You don't give enough information to give you an answer. Since they are attempting to evict you, I think it is highly advisable that you hire an attorney to look at your paperwork and give you a complete evalution.
