Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I was buying my home by way of owner finance. I got behind on my note. I get a letter from a lawyer stating they were putting the house up for auction on Feb 5. Today, which is Feb 21, the home owner comes and says I've been evicted and I only have 3days to move. Can he do that? Just give me 3 days?

The home owner doesn't evict people; a Justice Court does that. Were you served with anything, or did this jerk just knock on your door and tell you to move out?
