Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

Well my car has hot broken into twice and my apartment also and im frankly fearful for my life but the apartments I stay in wont let me out my lease is there something I can do about this

Under the law landlords must provide quiet enjoyment of the leased property to the tenant. Failure to do so is a breach of contract. I'm not sure if the facts you describe show that the landlord has breached this provision of the lease. I recommend you get copies of the police reports for each of these instances and show them to an attorney. You may have a case for breach of contract.
