Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
No cold water
I don't have enough water pressure to even take a shower, there is not enough water pressure to operate the shower.
My lanlord says that they do no understand what is wrong and that they have tried a couple of different things to fix it.
I know that I can not with hold my rent, but, is the land lord obligated to move me to another apartment if they can not fix this one? If they do choose to move me to another apartment, are they liable for moving costs (packing/moving etc)?

Without seeing the lease, and its terms it is difficult to advise you of your options. Also, laws vary from one state to another. Your problem is interesting, as it creates a fact question of whether or not the pressure is so low as to render the apartment uninhabitable. It is unlikely that the lease obligates him to move you to another apartment, or bear the cost. It is necessary for you to read your lease under the terms of landlord obligations. There should also be another paragraph which spells out the terms of repair. If the pressure is so low as to create an uninhabitable, then you have move-out options. TCL
